A Master’s degree holder in FM, Peter is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, a Certified Member of the Institute of Workplace & Facilities Management (IWFM), and holds the prestigious post of its Vice Chair in the UAE. His 20 years of experience in the Facilities and Property sectors have seen him being involved in a large gamut of specialisations – FM / PM Operations, Corporate Real Estate, Energy Management, Asset and Life Cycle Planning and new construction projects and handovers.
Paul brings to the table his vast experience of 20 years in Facilities Management, that includes delivering Total Facilities Management (TFM) services to a varied client portfolio including shopping malls, airports, banks, hospitals, commercial/residential/mixed use properties, and military bases. He has an astute capability of swiftly resolving even the most complex problems through a judicious mix of leadership, motivation and support. His contributions to our achievement of objectives and our record of timely project completions cannot be overstated.
Holding a BA (Honours) Degree, Mariam decided to not rest on her laurels and went on to become a highly self-motivated Chartered Accountant (ACCA). An exemplary communicator with an aptitude for identifying opportunities and implementing changes to capitalize on them, she assists with the formulation of financial targets within the various business units of Inspire Integrated.
Aadarsh is a QHSE and BCM management executive, with over 9 years of hands-on experience in Managing QHSE and BCM management. Known to adapt his style to working alone or in a team, he has a proven ability in smoothening operational procedures through the implementation of effective HSE & Quality Management procedures. His extensive knowledge combined with his background in developing and implementing safety initiative and employee training programs make him an invaluable asset.

Brant is a Facilities Management professional, commencing his career as a Mechanical Engineer maintaining A-Grade commercial properties in Sydney, Australia. With an extensive and progressive career servicing a diverse portfolio of international clients and properties across Australia, Asia and the Middle East, Brant’s career of 25 years has developed with the evolution and maturity of the global Facilities Management industry. Brant is technically astute, financially focused and experienced in identifying the strengths, weaknesses and market position of an organization and developing, then implementing, a strategy to deliver improved operational performance. With a career across facilities management, business development, commercial management and consultancy, Brant has the experience and capability to provide detailed insight to position property operations and tailor solutions for both enhanced user experience and investment valuations.
A seasoned Built Environment professional with over 30 years of experience in all aspects of the building lifecycle, Sebastian is known to be extremely methodical and analytical in his approach. With a keen eye for detail in the pursuit of excellence, he currently oversees the day-to-day operations management and business development for our Services business in Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

As a Certified Member of the Institute Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM), Paul is charged with managing our internal client business risk, compliance and ethics. His duties include overseeing the procurement team to ensure contract compliance between our selected service partners and within our internal operations helping Inspire Integrated stay aligned with our growth plans.
